Die gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung ist 42qm groß. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine schöne große Terrasse in Südhanglage mit Panoramablick über das Dorf und die umliegende Natur. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche/WC, eine eingerichtete Küche mit Essecke, sowie ein gemütiches Wohnzimmer. 

 La location de vacances et bien équipée est de 42 mètres carrés. L'appartement dispose d'une belle et grande terrasse exposée sud avec une vue panoramique sur le village et la nature environnante. En outre, l'appartement dispose d'une chambre à coucher avec un grand lit double, une salle de bains avec une baignoire/douche et WC, une cuisine arrangée avec le coin repas ainsi qu'un salon douillet.

The holiday rental and equipped well is 42 square meters. The apartment has a beautiful and big south exposed terrace with a panoramic view on the village and the surrounding nature. Besides, the apartment has a bedroom with a big double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub / shower and WC, a kitchen arranged with the dining area as well as a cosy lounge.

INFORMATIONEN VON IHREM GASTGEBER

Très bienvenus dans le gîte "am Sommerberg". Grâce à son exposition sud très ensoleillée dans Unterkirnach, vous pouvez vous détendre à l'air frais sur votre propre terrasse et jouir d'une vue panoramique magnifique sur le village et la nature environnante. Vous êtes seulement à deux minutes de marche de l'arrêt d'autobus, de l'office du tourisme ainsi que des magasins du centre de Unterkirnach. Quant au centre de loisir pour enfants "Spielscheuene", ils sont environ à 8 minutes de marche. Pas besoin de voiture: l'appartement est idéalement placé pour les randonnées à pied, à vélo, en raquettes (en cas de neige) ou à ski (en cas de neige).  

Fumer dans le logement n'est pas permis. Un barbecue est disponible sur votre terrasse. L'accès à internet et la place de parking de votre logement sont gratuits. Je me réjouis de votre visite.

To welcome in the holiday apartment " am Sommerberg ". Thanks to its very sunny south exposure in Unterkirnach, you can relax in the fresh air on your own terrace and enjoy a magnificent panoramic view on the village and the surrounding nature. You are only in two minutes of walking of the bus stop, of the tourist information office as well as the stores of the center of Unterkirnach. As for the center of leisure for children " Spielscheuene ", they are approximately in 8 minutes of walking. No car needs: The apartment is ideally placed for hiking, biking, snowshoeing (with snow) or skiing (with snow).

To smoke in the accommodation is not allowed. A barbecue is available on your terrace.  The access to internet and the parking space of your accommodation are free. I am delighted at your visit.
